Welcome to Aurora Flow! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our online platform and services, including yoga classes, guided meditation, mindfulness workshops, and private sessions. 2. Services Provided

Aurora Flow provides a range of fitness and wellness services including:

Our aim is to promote men's yoga classes and build a supportive community around mindful movement.

3. User Responsibilities

• Health and Safety: You acknowledge that participation in yoga, meditation, and other physical activities involves inherent risks. You are responsible for consulting with a healthcare professional before participating in any physical activity offered by Aurora Flow, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns. You must inform your instructor of any relevant health conditions or limitations before each session.
• Adherence to Instructions: You agree to follow all instructions provided by Aurora Flow instructors.
• Personal Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and appropriately in all classes and workshops, contributing positively to the community environment. Harassment, abuse, or any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for services and to keep this information updated.

4. Booking, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Booking: All classes, workshops, and private sessions must be booked in advance through our online platform.
• Cancellations by User: Specific cancellation policies for classes, workshops, and private sessions will be detailed at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made within a specified timeframe (e.g., 24 hours for private sessions, 12 hours for group classes) may incur a fee or result in forfeiture of the session credit.
• Cancellations by Aurora Flow: In the rare event that Aurora Flow must cancel a class, workshop, or private session, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund or credit will be offered.
• Refunds: Refund policies are subject to the specific service and cancellation terms outlined at the time of purchase. All refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our internal Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our online platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of Aurora Flow or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform without the prior written consent of Aurora Flow.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aurora Flow, its instructors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aurora Flow and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) content posted on the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
